Serving the Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro

Custom PC builds, repairs, and 3D printing — done right, priced honestly.

How It Works

Straightforward process from first message to finished machine.

Get in Touch

Call or text with what you need — a new build, a machine that won't start, or a part you want printed.

Quote & Parts List

You get a written quote covering labor and a full parts list with costs, before anything is purchased.

Build or Repair

Most builds are completed within 2–4 days of parts arriving. Repairs typically finish in 1–3 days.

Test & Hand Off

Every system is stress-tested and verified stable before delivery. Payment is due on completion.

Payment, Warranty & Refunds

Clear terms so there are no surprises on either side.

Accepted payment methods. Card payments are accepted in person via PayPal Tap to Pay, along with PayPal invoices, PayPal transfers, and cash. Payment is collected on completion of the work, not in advance. Parts costs may be collected up front on larger builds.

Service area. Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area and surrounding communities. Local pickup and drop-off available; on-site service by arrangement.

Labor warranty. All labor is warrantied for 30 days. If an issue arises from work I performed, I will correct it at no additional charge.

Parts warranty. Components carry their original manufacturer warranty, which passes directly to you along with the purchase receipt. I will assist with any manufacturer RMA process at no charge.

Refunds. If a build or repair does not perform as agreed and cannot be corrected, labor charges are fully refunded. Unused parts may be returned subject to the retailer's return policy, with the refund passed through to you in full. Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of service.

Cancellations. Jobs may be cancelled at no cost before parts are purchased or work begins. After parts are purchased, retailer return policies apply.

Data. Backing up your data before service is strongly recommended. Data migration is available as a paid service, but I cannot guarantee recovery from failing or already-damaged drives.

About

My name is Alexander Cherenegar, and Frostbyte PC & Print is my shop. I work in IT professionally and have been building and repairing computers for over seven years — starting with friends and family, and growing through referrals and repeat clients across the Twin Cities. This is a small, independent operation, which is exactly why the pricing is simple: parts at cost, flat labor, and a straight answer about what your machine actually needs. Recently expanded into 3D printing for custom parts, brackets, and prototypes.
